Made this awesome St Patricks day cake for a company in SLC. HomeInstead Senior Care does an annual St Patricks Day convention for the elderly seniors in the area. So grateful I was asked to make a cake for them and this fun community event.
Everything is edible. Feet and hat made from fondant, black pot is made from chocolate cake filled with Irish buttercream.
